Bill Gates Properties was founded in 1998, and Incorporated in Nigeria as a Limited Liability Company and Registered as Bill Gates Properties Limited with Corporate Affairs Commission on June 13, 2008. And our long history of performance with our clients, that is one of the reasons property owners entrust their properties in our care for sale, development and managing same for them.

Among our partners are Architects, builders and construction experts of many years experience, we consult with seasoned team of Architects for architectural and structural designs, Project Managers, Land Surveyors for measuring the size of the land, Quantity Surveyors for a Bill of Quantities, that work hand in hand to guarantee a fantastic finishing. We are involve in conception of ideas, building, that is from, foundation level to finishing and also undertake the renovation of old buildings into modern house and upgrading of new building that require alterations in most parts of Lagos, Nigeria and beyond the shores of Nigeria. We are into the maintenance of uncompleted building that has been abandoned for a while and refurbishment of dilapidated building so as to wear a new and elegant look with unique modern contemporary architectural designs, furniture, woodwork, aluminum windows and stylist steel doors that are handle by our expertises in renovation and maintenance department units.
Recognising the need to diversify, and with new residential and industrial development being proclaimed in the Nigeria, our company ventured into commercial and industrial developments. Our company has also undertaken projects for specific clients, which were tailored to their exacting requirements. Those retained as investment properties have been leased to corporate and individuals clients or are currently available for lease. Our top management believes in an open door policy and our Chairman/ CEO, is personally involved with each project. It aims to be a facilitator of social development and encourages meaningful and sustainable interventions, always in partnership with local communities and often in partnership with other donors. This partnership encourages support from governmental agencies, NGO’s and Community Based Organisations, making a positive contribution to poverty alleviation, community development and enabling government to facilitate improved service delivery and local economic development. It places specific emphasis on youth, HIV/Aids,Cancer, Tuberculosis, senior citizens and people living with disabilities.
Environmental Safety & Health Issues:
We adhere strictly to all regulations relating to environmental issues, as set out by the Local Council and the State Department of Environmental Affairs. We also ensure that an environmental consultant is appointed on each site to assist with any issues that may arise. Our key strategic objective is the achievement of "Zero Harm". Site Foremen and management ensure that safety is not compromised in any circumstances by taking responsibility for employee safety, leading by example, encouraging positive safety behaviour and discouraging negative behaviour. Site Foremen apply a policy of “Zero Tolerance” to non-compliance with safety standards. The company undergoes regular Safety Audits Seminar. Employees who are HIV positive are encouraged to participate in the wellness programmes available through various government hospitals. Thankfully, our contribution to our local environment has not gone un-noticed.
